It gets tiring having to continue 'catching' unscrupulous actions by organizations that support the Obama administration. But that's what is occurring. First Van Jones(Czar), then Acorn, now the NEA(National Endowment for the Arts), a taxpayer funded organization that is supposed to be non partisan. Seems that after these people/organizations get caught, they always claim they had no idea that such actions were taking place, and that severe guidelines will be put in place to ensure no 'further' violations will occur.
