Congratulations goes to the state of Montana for coming up with a legitimate law that challenges the Constitutional legality of the Federal Government to enforce gun laws upon the people of Montana in violation of their 2nd amendment rights guaranteed under the Constitution. This is really a fight for state rights as enumerated in the 10th amendment. This law, if ruled valid at the Supreme Court level, will allow massive challenges from states in the future to rid themselves of many oppressive Federal Government regulations that have been imposed on the people for years using the "interstate commerce" laws. The idea being that if a gun is manufactured in Montana, stamped as "Made in Montana", is bought in Montana, used in Montana and does not cross state lines for sales purposes (interstate commerce) , that precludes Federal regulation. This is a brilliant proposal and deserves close observation by all American Patriots as it winds its way up to the Supreme Court. Check out the link below for the full story.
